Ingredients

  • 8 slices bread 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 8 ounces HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Smoked Deli Turkey
  • 2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup kalamata olives, sliced
  • ½ large tomato, sliced
  • ½ red onion, sliced thin
  • Salt & pepper

Make it

  1. Toast bread.
  2. In small bowl, mash together avocado, olive oil and lemon juice.  Season with salt and pepper.  
  3. Spread on toasted bread.
  4. Top 4 slices of bread with turkey and cheese.  Top with olives, tomato, onion and remaining slices of bread. Serve.
