- 8 slices bread 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 8 ounces HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Smoked Deli Turkey
- 2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- ¼ cup kalamata olives, sliced
- ½ large tomato, sliced
- ½ red onion, sliced thin
- Salt & pepper
- Toast bread.
- In small bowl, mash together avocado, olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread on toasted bread.
- Top 4 slices of bread with turkey and cheese. Top with olives, tomato, onion and remaining slices of bread. Serve.
