  • 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 (7-ounce) package HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Sun-Dried Tomato Deli Turkey, chopped
  • 1 avocado, pitted and diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ⅓ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup basil leaves, torn

Make it

  1. Place romaine lettuce in a large bowl. Top with next 4 ingredients.
  2. Combine balsamic vinegar and oil. Drizzle over salad.
  3. Top with basil leaves. Toss, if desired.

Quick tip: Stack lunchmeat and cube to desired bite size. Once cubed, do not split meat slices.
