Make it

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 24 cups in mini muffin pans.
  2. In medium bowl, whisk eggs, cream, salt and pepper until well combined
  3. Tear bacon slices into ½-inch pieces. Divide bacon among muffin cups. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Divide egg mixture between each muffin cup.
  5. Bake 20 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with chives.
