Make it

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place 4 mini potato tots in 6 lightly greased muffin cups; mash tots in bottom of each cup.  Bake 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven; lower oven temperature to 350°F.
  4. Divide red bell pepper and next 3 ingredients evenly among muffin cups.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.  Divide egg mixture among cups.
  6. Sprinkle each cup with about 1 tablespoon of cheese.
  7. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until egg is cooked through.
