- Cook bacon until crisp and drain on paper towels.
- Using hand or stand mixer, whip together pineapple, cooked bacon and jalapeño cream cheese. Divide cream cheese mixture evenly among the wraps and spread evenly along one side. Divide ham and layer about 5 slices per wrap on top of cream cheese.
- Fold wrap, starting with cream cheese side, so the side without cream cheese ends up wrapped around the outside.
- Wrap each in parchment paper and refrigerate until ready to serve.
