Ham, Egg and Avocado Toasts

  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt, to taste
  • 4 slices HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Honey Deli Ham, heated
  • ¼ to ½ avocado, sliced
  • 2 slices crusty artisan bread, toasted and buttered
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons finely grated fresh Parmesan cheese

Make it

  1. In medium skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add eggs. Sprinkle with salt.
  2. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or to desired doneness.
  3. Layer ham, eggs and avocado slices on toast.
  4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
