Farm House Chicken Pasta Salad

  • 1 (16-ounce) package cavatappi noodles
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup julienned carrots
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 (8-ounce) package HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Rotisserie Style Deli Chicken Breast, stacked and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons sliced ripe olives
  • 1½ cups nonfat Caesar salad dressing
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese, if desired

Make it

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, adding broccoli during last minute of cooking. Rinse under cold running water.
  2. In bowl, combine pasta, broccoli, carrots, peppers, chicken and olives. Coat mixture with salad dressing and top with cheese, if desired.
