Make it

  1. Heat non-stick pan to medium low. Slice pepper into rounds and place in heated pan. Crack one egg into each pepper round.
  2. Cook egg to your taste.
  3. Toast English muffins. Place a slice of cheese on each muffin half.
  4. Pile ham on cheese and place pepper on top.
