“To speed up prep for this satisfying salad, pick up a container of fresh salad bar veggies to chop up while the pasta is cooking.”


Make it

  1. Cook ravioli according to package directions; rinse under cool water and drain well. Place in large bowl.
  2. Meanwhile, cook bacon pieces in a medium skillet until crisp; drain.
  3. Add turkey, vegetables, tomatoes, artichokes, and beans to ravioli. Gently toss.
  4. Arrange greens on plates; top with ravioli mixture and drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle with bacon.
