Ingredients

 
8 slices sourdough or multigrain bread
1 tablespoon olive oil
12 slices HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Smoked Deli Ham
1 pear, peeled and sliced
4 slices fresh mozzarella cheese
½ cup spring greens

Directions

  1. Heat panini press or stovetop skillet on medium-high for 3 to 5 minutes.

  2. Lightly brush outer side of each bread slice with olive oil. Layer bread with 3 slices of ham, sliced pear, cheese, and spring greens.

  3. Place sandwich on panini press or in skillet. Cook for 5 minutes or until cheese has melted and bread is golden brown. If using a skillet, lightly press down sandwich with a spatula or flat lid.

  4. Cut in half and serve with a fresh apple or other fruit.
